Sunny
is the most loyal, playful, lovable pet. He has brought such joy
to our lives and the people who know him that we can't imagine what it
would be like without him. As much as he likes to play, he also likes
to cuddle and show us how much he loves us. Every night he sleeps in
our bed, underneath the covers, with his head on the pillow and we take
turns spooning him. (Is that normal? We think so)
As far as tricks go, Sunny has a few that we're pretty impressed by.
There's a bell that we've hung on the front door knob and when Sunny
has to go out he will go to the door and ring the bell. When it's time
to go to bed as soon as we use the remote to turn the television off, he
immediately jumps up and runs up the steps and jumps on the bed. He
knows! Our favorite trick that we make him do for all our guests is
what we call "The Figure 8." We have hardwood floors with area rugs
and he will run and leap from one room to another on the rugs around
furniture in the shape of an eight... We get him going by yelling, "Go,
go, go, go go, go." And this dog runs at top speed leaping from rug to
rug. It's hysterical.
We are so crazy in love with this dog that we can sit and have hour long
discussions about how cute he is. (Look at him. We can't help
ourselves.) Sunny and I have the same birthday, July 19th, so in my
book he's my soulmate. I hope everyone enjoyed hearing about Sunny,
because believe me, we love sharing him... He's the best!
