Braxton
was adopted from the shelter at six months. He immediately
caught my eye by sticking his nose thru the cage bars to be petted; and
by being named Braxton. We had just moved into a Condo named Braxton
five months prior. He loves to play fetch with a tennis ball. He will
return it to you every time by dropping the ball in front of you with a
bounce. He has his own "Go Dog Go" Tennis Ball Thrower, which he loads
and plays with by himself. He also loved stuffed animals, squeak toys,
and indoor soft balls.
Braxton is very helpful and smart. He loves to have jobs. He will get
my slippers when I get out of the shower. without me asking. He will
get a copy off the fax copier as it is coming out and hand it to me, if
I ask. He takes a bottle of beer in a bag to the second floor to my
husband when he gets out of the shower, and brings his empty back to me.
He eats Frosty Paw Ice Cream and when finished, throws the cup in the
garbage. He will pick up items you drop and deliver card and notes.
You just ask him, and he seems to understand; and is a quick learner.
He is also quite a paper boy. This is a dog who is great with children
and other animals. He loves them all.
