Buddy
is a rescue dog, he was found about a year ago by a feline rescue
club. He was the 26th animal caught in a cage. The woman that found him
loved Cats and knew she could not keep him. She nursed him back to health,
took him to the Vet and took care of all the little things that needed to
be done. She gave him to a friend of mine that raise Chihuahuas and
thought she could find a home for him. A year earlier my friend gave me a
Chihuahua (Chewy) she is spoiled rotten. When my friend asked me if I
wanted him, I had to go check him out. It was love at first sight. I was
worried about the spoiled one. Plus I was worried because Buddy did not
like anyone or anything. He was very afraid. He ran and hid when anyone
walked near him. To make a long story short, Buddy was going to be a lot
of work to make him feel safe and loved. I took Buddy home and it took a
little time for him and Chewy to get along. But it went well. In no time
at all the two were in love.
They are now the of best friends. There are times when Chewy gets a little
bent out of shape, but all in all they are getting along great. As far as
me and Buddy go, he just adores me. He sleeps on my pillow at night time.
He gets up with me every morning. He jumps on the sofa and jumps in my
lap. He greets me every night with a dance. My Buddy and Chewy are my best
friends.
