We
adopted Kane from a local dog officer last December. No one can seem
to figure out what type of dog he actually is, most people just call him
Scooby. People have guessed Rhodesian Ridgeback, Pit Bull, Lab, Great
Dane, German Shepard, and Rottweiler - he is the all-American mutt. As
you can see he loves to have his picture taken.
Kane was a bit protective when we first adopted him, now he can't wait
to say "hi" to everyone on our walks. He really has come a long way and
we're very proud of him. He is a wonderful companion and a great watch
dog. He provides so much amusement, he does things like lick the door
knob while he waits to go outside and alternates his back paws on the
porch when it is raining to try to keep them from being wet. All and
all our lives have been enriched by this 70-pound bundle of fur, we
wouldn't give him up for anything!
