Cody
is our extra special boy. We adopted him from a local rescue group
in January. He has quickly become an important part of our family.
Sadly, Cody was abused by his previous owner and as a result he was shy,
timid and very fearful of things that most dogs find irresistible such
as his leash at walk time and fetching tennis balls. After several
weeks and lots of love and patience, Cody has come to trust us
completely. He now goes into a frenzy of sheer joy at the slightest
jingle of his leash, and fetching tennis balls is one of his favorite
pastimes, as well as chasing and taunting Skippy (our kitty). We have
found that Cody shares our love of the great outdoors and he has grown
quite fond of our frequent camping trips. Although Cody has only been
in our family for a relatively short time, he has undoubtedly
captured our hearts.
