We
bought Brooke from a breeder in Moscow, Ohio. When we went to the
breeders' house to pick one of them out (we hadn't chosen yet), we were
bombarded by boy puppies chewing on our shoelaces and trying to play
with us. Before we left, we saw a girl lab hiding in the corner of the
room. She was much smaller than her brothers and very shy around us
but she was so sweet we had to have her.
Brooke is a very smart dog. She can perch like a bird, give high
fives, roll over, etc. She is also very good with children, she lets
the little two-year-old boy down the street pet her as hard as he can and
she doesn't mind. Brooke loves to play games where I grab all of her
feet individually and she tries to catch me before I grab them. Brooke
is special to us because she is the most perfect dog we could ask for. =)
