We
adopted Boris from the RSPCA here in Melbourne. When we got Boris he
was so scared. He would cower from our feet as we would walk past him.
There was no way we could use a broom around him. It took us close to a
month of trial and error to get him to eat.
Now Boris is right at home he plays with our cats, now he isn't scared
of our feet (he actually rolls on his back for us to rub his belly with
a foot), and he will now sometimes chase the broom. In case you haven't
heard of his breed, the Phalène is a relative of the Papillon, but
Phalène have droopy ears, just like Boris does.
Everyone that meets Boris falls in love with him and he falls in love with
them. It's hard to think that somebody could have dumped him on the side
of a busy street and left him to fend for himself. Now, though, Boris has
a loving home for the rest of his little life. Thank you Boris for being
such an important part of our lives.
