I
was three years old when my mom brought home this lovable puppy from work
one day. She is one out of a litter of five. A lady who worked with my mom
was giving them away because her husband would not allow her to keep
them. The other four puppies were barking and tearing things up, but Tara
crawled into my moms lap and almost cuddled a hole into my mom's
stomach. My mom fell in love with her right there and took her home, and
Tara has been with us ever since.
Tara was eleven years old in this picture, which was taken last year at our
home in South Carolina. She is our pride and joy. She is mellow, and has
never bitten anyone in her entire life. She loves everyone and she is so
special to us and we love her more than anything. She is the best pet
anyone could ever have.
