This
is one of our family dogs, she is named Aleen. She is one of the
sweetest and most loving dogs you could ever encounter. When she was
born she was the runt of her litter. When they were cropping her tail,
as they do for this breed of dog, they cut it too short. For these
reasons almost nobody wanted her. We got her brother from the same
breeder, and when they couldn't sell Aleen they called us up and asked
us if there was anyone that we knew who would want her and could give
her a good home. We told them that we were thinking about getting
another dog, and the next thing I knew we were going to the breeder's
house to pick her up. She was so small that I could hold her in the
palm of my hand!
She's grown up to be an amazing dog. She loves to give tons of kisses
and hugs. Since her tail was cropped too short, she has almost no tail
at all, so when she tries to wag it her whole butt shakes, so she earned
her nickname "wiggle butt."
On our vacation land she loves to run freely - as fast as she can - with
her brother, and she also loves to swim. Aleen always seems to be so
happy and her big hugs just brighten up your day. I'm so thankful that
I've had the chance to have such a wonderful pet, and I hope that many
others can experience the happiness that a wonderful pet can bring into
your life!
