Our
little girl is named Becka C. Baby (C stands for cry). Becka
received this name when during her first month with me, she cried for me
to pick her up every time she recognized that I was in the same room
with her. She was born on October 17, 2002 and came to live with us on
December 18, 2002. She is a pure and perfect Boston Terrier and was bred
at Hartsell's Boston Terriers in California. Becka's mom (who is 22
inches tall) had seven pups (naturally) with Becka being the second to the
smallest. At 1.5 pounds you'd think she was the smallest but her little
sister weighed five oz!
Becka lives in Santa Clara, California with her mommy and daddy (Dee and
Larry) and her two 'adopted' sisters, Reba, a Nova Scotia Duck Toller,
and Jennie, a Papillion/Dachshund mix. Both Reba and Jennie were rescue
dogs. Becka is now ten months old and weighs about 17 pounds... I'm
hoping she doesn't get much bigger! She's already the boss of the
family, since she has the beauty and the brains! But seriously, she has
the sweetest disposition of any animal I've ever seen. She doesn't have
a mean bone in her body and while she bugs the heck out of her sisters
trying to play with them, she willingly shares all her toys with then, too.
