Norman
is a wonderful, loving companion, to all family members ... but a
very special friend to my seven-year-old daughter Danielle. He is her
constant 'best mate' and he has helped through a lot of bad times. He is
very caring and protective, and once scared off a burglar in the middle
of the night! The man was trying to crow-bar our garage door open. Norm
barked at him ... and the burglar slipped through a nice pile of dog poo
on the way out of the garden!! :-)
Norman loves to sleep with our two cats, but is scared of our budgie!!!
He is just starting to calm down slightly (as is widely known,
Weimaraners are nuts!) HIs favorite game is "Shoe Game" which he plays
with his dad. This consists of Dad waving his shoes about in the air and
Norman chases the laces! Norman is very clumsy, always walking into door
frames and hitting his head on the underneath of tables, etc., but he is
truly lovely. And we couldn't wish for a better all-round friend.
