This
wonderful little guy is Julius. He only weighs seven pounds and I am
sure most of that is heart. Julius was born in Daytona Beach, Florida.
After purchasing Julius from a breeder for my son, it quickly became
apparent that he was going to be mommy's dog! I don't think I chose
Julius, he chose me. He has truly taken to being my companion.
He goes everywhere with me. When I ask him, "Julius, do you want to go
bye-bye?" he immediately goes to the front door and waits patiently
for me to open it. After he gets outside and to the car he will jump
into the back seat and sit down. Julius loves to garden and loves
smelling the flowers. He loves the desert and hiking. After climbing
to the top of Green Mountain in Nevada, Julius sat on a boulder looking
at the mountains in the early morning with a very knowing look on his
face. He has made many road trips and lived on both coasts already.
Julius is very polite and loves everyone he meets. Julius has a
cat-friend named Sandy and they play like kids. In fact, that is their
nickname "the kids." He is very protective and jealous in a funny way;
when my new fiance tries to kiss me, Julius will growl, jump and bark
all the while wagging his tail and looking like he is grinning. He is
never far from my side. I am very grateful for the unique and special
little dog. He has added such dimension to my life. Like all true
friends, Julius and I choose to be together, no matter what.
Can a dog laugh? I think yes... hee hee!
