Riley
was found by a road next to her six littermates and a female Chow
Chow. She was taken in by Just Animals Shelter and was put on
Petfinder.com.
There, we saw her and drove an hour to get her. They said she was many
different breeds. We think she likes her new home and we like her being
in our home.
She is a cute little, fur ball with endless energy and loves when you
rub her tummy. When you play with her, she nips a little but not very
hard with her baby teeth. Being at only two months, she is already house
broken and knows come and sit. When we're not watching she'll sneak into
our closet and chew on our shoes, especially flip-flops. Before we got
her crate, we put a two and a half feet gate up in the laundry room
doorway thinking we didn't need a crate. One morning, when we got up she
was in our sunroom. The next day we caught her in the act. It turns out
she can stick her paws in the holes of the gate and climb out. She's so
smart, cute, and playful!
Whenever we take her on a walk, everyone always stops and asks what
breed "he" is. We got sick of saying all the breeds we think she is and
just say mixed. Are lives wouldn't be complete without our little pup, Riley!
