Taylor
is one of the greatest joys in my life. She was a pound puppy
that we adopted from the El Paso Humane Society. She is a great
watchdog - she'll never let those pesky neighborhood cats into her yard,
that's for sure! She has a very loving personality and always wants to
be with you. She stands guard at night in the living room, making sure
that everything's ok before she'll turn in. She loves her auntie and
mom and sister (Coffee, a fourteen-year-old Lhasa Apso), but does not love
zerberts or the garbage truck.
Taylor loves to cuddle and give kisses and has recently learned to sit
and lay down by hand signals (however, she associates the hand signals
with treats, so she now sits and lays down in one fell swoop - she's no
fool). She knows when you are sad and puts her head under your chin
and gives lots of sloppy kisses. Taylor has experienced the occasional
seizure, which the vet can't explain, but she made it through 'em like a
champ! I love her to pieces and can't imagine how different my life
would be without her in it.
