We
got Judy in July last year when her Hacienda Kennels owner was
looking for a retirement home for her after her third and biggest
litter. Known also as 'Chocolate Dream,' this little lady was once a
Malaysian Champion!
Judy has a wonderful personality - she endures constant hugging and
kissing from me and always returns the affection with elegant little
kisses of her own smack on my lips and nose. She loves snuggling in bed
with us but the couch is by far her favorite. Regal most times, she is
known to burst into ecstatic jumping and running at the sight of food.
Besides sleeping and sun bathing, she loves eating... carrots, biscuits,
fruits even pop corn and yes, the royal one drinks tea on occasion too!
In fact all you have to do is walk into the kitchen and the quiet
stalker will be promptly at your heels.
She's quite a talker too and responds with a bark or whine these days
when asked if she wants to go for a walk, have her dinner or a bone for
dessert!
Judy's a picture of beauty when she sits like a proud lioness guarding
her den - dignified and intelligent except for when you call her name!
Then you have to contend with the sight of her on her back with all four
paws up in the air and tail wagging furiously. What a doll! I've grown
so used to this long, brown shadow following me all around the house,
it's hard to remember a time when she wasn't around.
We've never had a dog as loving and beautiful as Judy. She's the
warmest, softest, most chocolatey hound around and all we want is to
spend many, many more happy and healthy years with her. We love you, Judes!
