This
is Jai Jai, our Pomeranian puppy. Born in a litter of three dogs, I'd
say he's the most playful one of the three of them and is full of
character. He likes exploring new things and, like many Poms, is extremely
curious about things going on around him. He is full of energy, and
will run round the house with his favorite toy (a bone-shaped cushion)
just to get our attention! When he gets tired though, he loves being
held by my wife in her arms as if he were a real baby, and quietly go to
sleep.
Being a Pom, he is very intelligent and is quickly learning to respond
to words like "sit", "come here" and "good boy!". He is also very
well-tempered and doesn't cry for our attention if either of us happen
to be out of his sight. Having had him for only two weeks we thought
that he's already doubled his size through normal feeding and exercise!!
Like other parents, we face the dilemma of wanting him to grow up
quickly, but on the other hand we also love him the way he is now.
We're hoping that, by taking lots of photos and videos of him regularly,
we'll be able to see him grow and grow, and sit down with him years
later and show him his puppy photos and see if he recognizes himself in
the photos!
