Sophie
is a delight. It is very hard to capture her sparkle with a
camera, but we think she is a very pretty girl. She is a very sweet and
lively puppy, and she adores her big brother Jake, a Golden Retriever,
and her "aunt" Joey, a Kerry Blue Terrier puppy. She loves going for
walks in the park and other adventures in the car with Jake. She is
good on and off leash, and knows sit, down, come, this way, lets go, and
wait (the last four mean basically the same thing as far as she can tell).
She loves to chew, mostly rawhide and sticks, though she has enjoyed
some nice italian leather shoes and a pair of mom's glasses...
Sophie is special to us because she is always so happy to be with us
and always up for either an adventure or a snug. She has the cutest
tail wiggle when she is happy (which is almost all the time). She seems
to us to truly be the "merry cocker". She is a girly girl and loves her
snug time but is also quite brave about new adventures.
