I
was bought by my owners to replace a sixteen-year-old Rotti mix named
Tedi-br who had passed away with cancer. I remember the day oh too well.
They were the saddest people that had come to look at me and my seven
brothers, my mom surely was suffering from a broken heart. And I was just
the dog to fix that? Yup me, Mister Baby Jake, was sent here on a mission
to terrorize these people, till the emptiness was not forgotten, but gone.
I love my mom and dad, but man they need to chill out, I'm a baby
and I need to play - Yup! need to play! All day every day! I want to
fetch, run, and chew everything, and swim!!! A dog must
swim!!! That's why God gave me these big webbed toes! And the curly
hair on my back that dries when I shake it. I love my new swimming pool,
the little penguins plastered all over the bottom of it wearing
snorkles, are toooo sweet! My favorite pastime is trying to fetch
the penguins off the bottom of the pool ... And when I blow those bubbles
out my nose well the sound under the water is way to cool! I think I am
good for my mom and dad. I think I have brought the life back into
them, I just can't figure out why they have to rest so much! Oh well I'm
just glad I'm in a good home, and hope I enjoy a good life with my mom
and dad for as long as my sister, Tedi-br did! I hope to leave some paw
prints on their hearts, just like my big sister did ... This is in your
memory Tedi-br!
Mom's turn: He lives to swim and he doesn't care if it's in his water
dish or in his pool!!! As long as it has to do with water! Baby Jake
wants nothing more out of life than to play, swim and eat! He has proven
to be a very loyal little man, and his love for his mom and dad seems to
also become more loyal every day. Baby Jake came to us at a sad time in
our life, and he has done his best to fill Tedi-br's shoes! We are
learning to love him more every day! Thank you to our Tedi-br angel for
sending Baby Jake to us!
