This
is Lu on her first day home. She was so tired that she sprawled out
on my wood floors and slept for a couple of hours straight. Lu is special
because she's brought new energy into my life. She's always got a smile
on and is tons of fun. She's already learned a few commands and is very
easy to train.
Lu is now almost eight months old. She weighs about 53 pounds and has a
great personality. She's very playful and loves to play catch in the
backyard. She's very good at the "stay" command while I throw her the
ball. She can catch things in mid-air as I throw them. She learns very
quickly. I'd say she is more affectionate, but at times she's
independent - when I give her a bone, she goes off by herself to eat
it. When we play though, she's very affectionate and likes to lean on
me. She's a great dog! She graduated obedience school and the dog
trainer told me that any dog trainer would love to have Lu.
