This
is Jerry Lee. He is a fourteen month old German Shepherd
male. We got him as an eight week old bundle of fur and he has grown
into the handsome dog that he is now. He is very affectionate to my
husband and myself and to our nine-year-old German Shepherd female,
Jodie. Sometimes Jodie gets rather annoyed when she just wants to be
quiet and he wants her to play, and so then she gives a little growl to
put him in his place.
We are very fortunate that we live in a lovely part of Wales,
close to both beaches and the beautiful Welsh countryside and
we frequently take the dogs where they can run free and chase a ball to
their hearts content.
Each week Jerry Lee, who was named after the dog in the film K9, goes to
his dog training class where he has made a lot of friends, both
canine and human. I am quite sure that when we put him in the car he
knows where he is going because he gets really excited. One thing is for
sure Jerry Lee certainly keeps my husband and myself on our toes.
