I
didn't want another animal in our family - we have a zoo already - but
one look at this little angel and I was in love. And I am her favorite
person too. She is supposed to be my daughter's puppy, but Pumpkin and I
have been inseparable since she stuck her little nose to mine five months
ago. We play fetch and tug and she runs around the house like her tail
is on fire. Pumpkin even tries to give my cat, Sam a puppy bath. And
they fill the days by playing hide and seek. It's fun to give Pumpkin a
bath because she is all fur. She looks like a rat when she is wet. She
looks like a fox sometimes too... with her hair all fluffed out and her
ears back. She has started growling anytime someone opens a door or
makes noises in the house as if she will take care of us no matter how
little she is. She is a morning person and she knows that I am supposed
to get up when my alarm goes off. She starts barking to make sure I'm
not late for work. At night she climbs into the bed with me and
scratches the covers until she can get under and snuggle. She doesn't
stay long but she wants to make sure that she can. We do so love our Pumpkin!
