Beenie
Baby lives with my husband and I in North Florida. Since we
adopted her in January 2004, we've become the happiest "mommy" and
"daddy" there ever were.
She is very affectionate and smart. She loves to jump in your lap and
smother you with kisses. She enjoys going on long walks and loves
chewing on her toys and bones. Her favorite toy is a round squeeky ball
that she will chase for hours. She also loves when we get her a balloon.
She will chase it and try to pop it. When she does pop it, she isn't
afraid of the noise and usually begs for another one right away.
Beenie travels with me a lot. I am lucky enough to take her to work with
me! She likes to nap under my desk and paws at me whenever she wants to
go outside. During the workday, we go to the bank and all the Tellers
greet her and want to play with her before we go back to the office.
Many people don't believe that I can bring her to work. I hardly believe
it myself. Since the arrival of her new brother Frankie, also a
Boston Terrier, she does get Friday "off," and he joins me instead. She
loves her baby brother very much. She is happy to have someone of her
own kind to play with.
She definitely is my "Dog of the Day" every day!
