Clifford
is seven months old now and quite the rascal. He is quite different in
that his coloring is that of a Bloodhound, his closest genetic relative,
but looks unlike any photo we've ever seen of Bassets.
He reminds us of a Komodo Dragon and when he runs in the house, trips on
his ears and sounds like a herd of elephants.
He tends to be quite lazy and stubborn. If he is laying down and wants
something he will "drag" himself commando style to get it using only his
front legs. (There is nothing at all wrong with his back legs... he's
just a bit lazy!) He sleeps on his back and snores like an old hog! He
is just precious, and we look forward to many happy years ahead with him!
