Joy
is a wonder in my life. I learnt everything I know about dogs from
him. He is extremely intelligent; he always seems to know what I'm up
to. When I come home he jumps from the floor into my arms. When I put on
my riding trousers he gets extremely excited with joy.
Joy's real name is Baron of House Isabell. But we call him Joy and I
just like him as my very best friend. He always cheers me up after a
hard day. As Joy is a Shetland Sheepdog, he likes to herd our other
pets, our kittens, rabbits, chicken, guinea pigs and horses. I like them
all, too, but Joy is my favorite. He certainly looks beautiful, doesn't
he? And his character is of pure gold, I might say.
When we bought Joy on 1-1-2001, we knew nothing at all about dogs. But
he almost trained himself! He knows many commands, he jumps wherever I
tell him to, he gives his paw and he barks on orders. Joy knows if
somebody is sad and tries to comfort him. We are a family of eight
people; he keeps all of them together and is loyal to everybody. Still
he is my special little friend and I know that he loves me as I do love him.
