As
you can see Biff is quite the handsome gentleman. He's a poser and
shows his bright Tetley Tea-colored eyes well (hence his second name),
they are so striking on a black dog. His coat is so black it develops a
blue sheen in certain light. I rescued him from a shelter when he was
two. I planned on only fostering him for the night - you know how that
goes. He slept like a log, I tossed all night wondering how I could
possibly return him to a cage. Biff got his name from my favorite comic
strip, The Far Side, by Gary Larson. "Ha ha ha, Biff. Guess what? After
we go to the drugstore and the post office, I'm going to the vet's to
get tutored."
Biff, from the very start, was well mannered, responsive, playful, and
even humorous. He makes me laugh when I'm down. I even uprooted myself
from the city and moved to a rural area for him to have more outdoors
and less stress. He now has a brother named Bowie, but we'll save his
story for another day.
