Hi
everybody, my name is Booker. My mommy was a Yorkshire Terrier and
my daddy was a Silky Terrier, but I look like my mommy. (My birth mommy
that is). The mommy that has raised me for the past eleven years loves me
more than anything in the world. I get sad when she has to leave for
work in the mornings, and I try to hide under the bed so that I don't
have to be put in my cage. But I'm very happy to see her when she
returns. I love when we have company, and I always have to greet people
at the door with a dolly or a bone. My tail doesn't wag back and forth
like other dogs, but twirls around in a circle. (My goal is to get it
twirling fast enough to become airborne.) Mom says that I am a very
pretty little boy, but terribly spoiled. I don't really understand that
part. I just want what I want, when I want it! And fortunately, I always
get it.
Besides napping, my favorite thing to do is eat. I want to eat treats
all day long. I love to go for rides in the car and bark at all the
people. Even though I'm a little guy, I love the cold weather and love
burying my face in the snow. Mom says that I'm always doing things to
make her laugh. When I was a puppy, mom sent my picture in to the "365
Puppies" calendar, and I was chosen to appear in that year's edition. I
became famous at a very young age but never let it go to my head.
Nonetheless, Mom thinks I'm a pretty special guy.
