Miss
Abby is a 2.5 pound Pomeranian, and the head of our household. She
enjoys going to the French Quarter in New Orleans and chasing the
pigeons (some of which are larger than she!) She also would like to
chase the Mules that pull the carriages for the tourists. At home, she
loves her bunny and her ball and bosses the cat around. A bundle of
energy, fur and love - we are so lucky to have her!
Abby is very, very attached to her family, even a bit shy around
strangers. She loves a bit of attention, but only while being held by
Mom or Dad. She does not do tricks - do any princesses do tricks?? She
can, however, speak! When asked if her name is Abby, she will bark a
"Yes". She will also growl a "Hello" and bark "Goodbye" - and, her Dad
taught her to "Kill"!! Yes, this tiny little princess sounds like she
might take your toes off when given that command.
Abby has been featured on local TV's "Naturally New Orleans" with host
Frank Davis and has been an extra in a couple of movie productions. She
is well known in her hometown of Slidell because she travels everywhere
in her Mom's arms (or hides in a purse when in a place where they frown
on puppies). And she even enjoys having her picture taken, and tolerate
costumes, too! Everyone says she is the Prettiest Pom (or puppy) they
have ever seen. Her family agrees with them.
