Hi!
My name is Holly, I am a 4.5 year old female - no one knows what
breed I am but my mother just tells people I'm a princess so that's good
enough for me!
I was born in Auckland, New Zealand and at five weeks I was taken to the
SPCA there as no one wanted me. It was touch and go for me there as I was
so small I kept squeezing through the bars and escaping! There was a
lot of talk about putting me to sleep; I don't know why 'cause I wasn't
tired at all!
Anyway, my Mother who worked at the shelter took me home for a couple of
weeks to give me a chance to grow until I could come back to the shelter
and mix with the other puppies. I stole her heart though and I fit right in
with my older cat brother and sister! They couldn't bear to hand me back
(and the cats did need to be kept in line).
I travelled with my family to Houston, Texas last year and I'm now
enjoying my life here with two acres to run and chase armadillos! I never
catch up with them and if I do I just run away yelping as if someone was
trying to kill me! Scary looking things!
