My
dog Annie is a Golden Retriever, she's two years old. I've had many
dogs, mostly pitbull mixes and bulldog/St. Bernard mixes and I once had
a lab/husky mix. But though all my pets were special, none of them can
compare to my Annie. I feel like I'm her mom. I got her when she was eight
weeks old for $600 and I feel like that's the best $600 I've ever spent.
Annie is extremely smart she was potty trained in three days. She also knows
many tricks. She knows how to sit, lay down, stay, stand, up, speak,
kennel, play dead, sit pretty, roll over, heel, pull, fetch, leave it,
down, sit at the table, high five, and kisses.
Every year I throw her a birthday party (on October 10th) with her doggy
friends Wanda and Charlie. They all eat meat-loaf cake and play fetch
and tug of war. Annie is pretty much my daughter, and I will love her
with all my heart until the mountains tumble down.
