This
is Buster, he is a Rhodesian Ridgeback and is he is now five years
old. He is a most unusual dog, who is nicknamed "Sniffy" because of his
need to sniff everything! Buster hurt his shoulder when he was a young
pup, but still runs and jumps so high (super dog)! He can do without a
lot of patting and attention, but he wants to be nearby. When sitting
on the couch, he will sit next to you just like a person, but he likes
to lean and will crush you if you're not careful.
Buster's favorite pastimes are running, chasing the cats and going after
the ducks. A favorite party trick is for someone to make a duck noise,
and Buster will immediately start barking and go to the nearest window
to look for the duck. He is a comfort hound, and wouldn't be caught
lying on the floor - he prefers the couch or our bed to his own!
