This
is Connar, a nineteen-month-old Irish Wolfhound. He lives in St. Paul,
Minnesota and Connar is a winter dog. He loves the snow and cold. It may
be 15 degrees below zero, snowing and blowing, but he will insist that
it is "walkies" time. On most days, we go four to five miles. Those long
legs needs lots of exercise!
In the summertime, his kiddy pool in the backyard is his refuge. He
likes the sprinkler, too. Up at the cabin, he spends most of his time in
the water, lying with just his head sticking out, watching the world go
by. He's a good swimmer, using his long tail as a rudder.
