Sophie
is our Papillion - they are called that because of their
butterfly-shaped ears, papillion means butterfly in French. Sophie is
just the most active bundle of energy that there is. She loves to play
fetch and if no one is available to play with her, she'll kick the ball
herself and chase it. She loves to play with her friends in the house,
her sister Bailey (a three-year-old sheltie), our rabbits Lilo and Stitch,
and our guinea pig Oreo.
We purchased her from a pet store when she was six months old. She's kind
of shy around other people, but makes up for it with the loving that she
gives our family. She cries with excitement when we come home and will
occasionally meow like a cat.
She's the cutest and naughtiest little dog that you've ever seen, but
we're just crazy about her.
