Hi,
I am Jesse James, a guy's guy, from Miami, Florida. I am a man of
mystery, a dachshund/beagle, my Vet believes. But, I will never
give up my age...
Mom found me running across a big, wide and scary street. (What was I
thinking?) It took her two weeks to for her to "capture me." But, she
had me at hello. All she had to do was put down a can of cat food, and I
was there. Now, it has been five years, and I went from a skinny,
scared, luckless guy, to an organic food eating, five bed, living la
vida loca, five treat a day, happy chappy kind of guy. Oh, and Mom gives
me this stuff called glucosamine, for my broken hip... now I run like a
crazy man.
I was a kind of a bitey boy when Mom first found me, (scared because I
was kicked a lot) but now I am known for giving hugs and kisses to my
Aunties and Uncles. I have doggies friend, LoJo, and Gracie G. I hope
and pray that all of my buddies out there, with no home, can find a
Mommy or Daddy... that is my story, and I am sticking to it.
Please give us doggies without a home, a chance. If I can be found, and
turned around, any doggie can.

P.S. Mom went to school in Tennessee, and when we went to visit Mom's
alma mater, she bought me this hat... kinda snappy, don't you think?
