We
found our Dog of the Day at the Humane Society one day where he sat
like such a gentleman, totally focused on my teenaged daughter, not
barking or jumping. In all the chaos of the shelter, he just stood out.
We fell in love and he's such a wonderful addition to our family!
Kahu (Hawaiian for "Guardian") is playful, yet gentle. He is very
cuddly and loves treats. He also loves kids and other animals,
especially the sheep next door - he licks their noses through the fence!
Chasing crows is a favorite pastime, but riding in the car and going
out in the boat are even better!! He is a great dog and a true member of
the family!
