What
can I say about Molly Lou? If ever a dog should wear a tiara it is
Molly. She is such a princess.
When we lost our blonde dog Sophie, best friend and long-time companion
to Meggie, our older border collie, we searched and searched in vain for
another dog just like Sophie. Meggie was so sad that we decided to get a
border collie pup, Katie, so she would have a companion. Molly Lou was found
totally by accident through an e-mail from a friend. She came from a
litter of six puppies, three of which have her same beautiful markings.
When Molly came to our house to meet us I was amazed at how much she
resembled Sophie. Katie loved her right away and so began this wonderful
friendship between the girls. They also love Meggie, and wake her up
every morning with lots of kisses on her face.
Molly Lou Lou or Loulie-Kaboolie, as we often call her, must sit on a
particular side in the back seat when we go for a drive. She will whine
and put her paw on the back of my seat if we don't get the places right.
She also likes to go to the beach and check out all the other dogs. She
prances across the sand as if she expects everyone to stop and admire her.
One of Molly's hobbies is removing caps from empty soda bottles. She is
quite fast and helps my husband when he gets bottles ready for
re-cycling.
Molly Lou has many, many fuzzy squeaky toys and loves to put her head on
your lap and squeak away. She loves hugs and kisses all the time. When
she gets tired she puts her front paw in her mouth and falls asleep.
She is our sweet, precious princess.
