What
makes Lena special is the fact that someone actually had the nerve
to abandon this adorable pup. Can you imagine? We cannot!
She is extremely affectionate. If we aren't paying attention to her for
two seconds, she runs her head under our hands and kind of 'pets' herself.
She will not eat her food unless we sit with her. Her favorite thing to
do is burrow in blankets or in clean clothes. After every bath she feels
the need to run like wild around the house, I assume to dry off. One of
the cutest things she does is bark with a tennis ball in her mouth, but
it barely fits and it muffles her, so she gets louder. She even managed
to destroy a baby kong! She absolutely loves car rides and is very
human-like in many ways. We think she might even have some basenji in
her, because of the way she "talks" to us. We look forward to seeing how
she grows!
