I
adopted Maxx (or rather he adopted me) a year ago, on June 11, 2006.
He was scheduled to be euthanized on that Monday but a lovely lady
pulled him and several other dogs to find homes for them. Maxx is
approximately two to three years old (but what's age got to do with
it!). He is part Lab, part Great Dane, and I swear must have a couple of
genes from a bloodhound thrown in. He's big, beautiful, hard-headed,
loyal, loving, funny, quirky, and goofy but enjoys everything in his
world to the fullest. He has been described as "trying to do his best
but never quite getting it right". Oh well! We can all be beautiful and
brilliant, right?
Maxx lives in West Virginia with a brother and sister and we all agree
that life was not as interesting and fun until Maxx came to live with us!
