Garbo
loves "hanging out" on the adirondack chair in our front yard, in
the sunny Florida weather, it is warm enough for her to do so most of the
year. As neighbors walk by, they all yell "hello" to "The Garbs" and she
responds with a schnauzer "howl".
Garbo has a basket full of stuffed animals and she retrieves each one by
voice command, i.e. "Go get the zebra"... or "go get the shoe". Sometimes
she forgets what is what and when I say "no... that's not the zebra", she
carries it back to the basket and looks for the zebra! She is so smart!
The high point of my day is that moment when I get home to be with Garbo
(and it might be hers, too).
