This
is a picture of Isabella, taken at her favorite beach in Mendocino
County, California. Isabella is a fawn pug, who splits her time between
Walnut Creek and Manchester, California.
Isabella has always been extra cute. She has had a very long tongue from
birth, and with the years it has grown longer and longer and... five
years ago her sister LuLu, who is a black pug, got a little too
rambunctious and scratched her eye while playing. If the vet hadn't
removed it, it would have eventually been blinded by the tip
of her tongue, which slaps against her face every time she flicks it.
Isabella manages just fine with her one eye, and doesn't let it slow her down.
Isabella likes slow walks on the beach, as you can see, here she is
posing as Super Pug on a piece of driftwood. She also enjoys carrots cut
into small bites, they are a favorite treat! When she's not at the
beach, Isabella enjoys watching dogs on TV, and lots of lap time.
