Hello,
my name is Dakota. I was found roaming the highway when I was
three months old and my mommy and daddy adopted me when I was five months
old. I had a rough first few months of my life, but I don't like to talk
about it.
I like to chew rawhides, listen to 80's music, watch soccer and play
indoor fetch with mommy or daddy, but not outside(I like to leap into the
back cushions of the couch or slide across the bed!) and play
tug...especially with my blanket. I hate mailmen and delivery people, but
am too scared of them to actually bite them! I am a ferocious barker, but
am scared of most people at first, although I am very protective of mommy
and daddy.
I love to go to my mommy's parents house and run up and down the stairs
(they were the ones that gave me my snazzy coat in the picture!). I also
love to run and play with my neighbor Chase. I don't have any brothers or
sisters, but daddy said that with his new job we will get a bigger house
and a brother or sister for me, which will be nice so i have someone to
play with even when mommy and daddy are at work or running errands. Now
that daddy has a new job we are moving farther north, so I can play in the
snow...which I love but don't get enough right now! I have two obedience
diplomas and a took a beginning agility class, which I loved. Well thanks
for reading about me and if you are a famous director I am ready for a
starring roll in a movie or tv show...just ignore my mischievous side!
