Hi
my name is Andru a.k.a. Andy, Andy Poo, Phatty, etc. I am a Rat
Terrier mix. I used to look like a pure breed when I was a puppy but
my "muttness" is starting to show now.
I was born on November 14, 2005. My doggie Mom lost my older brother
while giving birth to him, so my foster parents did a C-section to
save me. I was very spoiled by my foster parents as you can imagine.
They took great care of me until my human Mommy adopted me from the
amazing rescue they volunteer for; Ratbone Rescues.
She saw my picture online and felt in love with me right away.
My Mommy was told I would be less than six pounds when full grown, but I
am over twelve pounds now. I am not too good as a Rat Terrier either since I
am not a ratter, I would never hurt a rat, indeed I like rats a lot and
I used to play with a little rat named Binky when I was puppy (Video).
Don't worry, I never hurt her, and she didn't even bite me! My Mommy jokes
and says that I am "broken" and that she's going to return me but I know
she would never do that! I was the cutest puppy ever she says, but now I
am even cuter and too smart for my own good. I look like I am seriously
concerned all the time, which makes me look even wiser.
My Mommy was a cat person until she met me and I surely changed that.
When I was adopted, she already had two big cats; Fiona and Keeran.
After me, the family became huge since we adopted two more puppies for
me! The first one was another Rat Terrier from Ratbone Rescues named
Kenyi (Kengee) who is a crazy ball of energy. I am definitely more
laid back. Then we got a tiny Chihuahua named Peppy, from a rescue
where my Mommy volunteers; Puppy Hill Farm.
I adore my two little brothers and I could not be happier!
I am the sweetest, best behaved little doggie ever. My Mommy adores me
to pieces and I surely love her back, for her, I am the Dog of the
Day, every day!
