Piper
Rose is a special girl for many reasons!
First of all, she loves the beach! She loves to run in the sand and will
even swim as long as the waves aren't too big. She loves to play, but
she can't resist her natural instinct to herd when there are people
(especially children) hanging around. She insists that everyone stays
together and will run circles around a group of people to keep them in a
tight bunch. Piper grew up with two cranky old cats, so she loves her
feline friends!
Piper is also very sensitive and seems to understand when people are
sad. She will lay down with her face on your lap... just to let you know
that she cares. Piper also knows a lot of tricks and just learned a new
one - Balancing a treat on her nose and waiting to snatch it out of the
air until she is allowed!
Piper was born on the 4th of July, so not only is she a
Yankee-Doodle-Doggy, but she is also a little "firecracker" full of energy
and excitement. She lights up her Mama's life!
