Gwen
has been with me since she was seven weeks old. She has been my
protector and companion for almost ten years now. She is sweet tempered
and energetic, even in her older, slightly arthritic body. She loves to
play, walk, and chase balls... and chasing balls does not count as play
because to her, it's her job. :o) Gwen brings the ball, backs up when
instructed and then catches the ball and brings it back again. She also
herds our kitty, Zoey. They love to play together!
Most of all, though, Gwen just loves to be with her people. She is happy
just laying near the humans she loves. She is a part of our family...one
of our children. She is a smart, fun, sweet dog, who has made my life 100
times better! I thank her for how wonderful and special she is!
