Hi,
I'm Gimli, and I'm 75 pounds of pure face-licking, tail wagging
loooove! I was named after Gimli in Lord of the Rings! My dog mom and
dog dad weren't supposed to have puppies, but their owner let them
anyway. He wasn't too smart! But it turned out OK for us puppies.
My new mom and dad got me after hearing that bad people were trying to
adopt me and my family. They picked me and got some of their friends to
adopt my brothers and sisters. They know that just because some people
think we look mean, doesn't mean we are killer dogs! We are sweet and
would rather slobber all over you than bite you! I was the silliest
looking puppy, according to my mom, so that's how I got picked.
The thing I like to do most is play with my super-pal, a little Siberian
Husky named Clarice. We're best friends! Mom likes to call us Lady
and the Tramp! Haha! I also love when mom scratches me on my butt.
Hehe, that feels goooood! I get so excited sometimes, though, that I
knock over her soda on the coffee table with my wagging tail. But mom
doesn't mind. She knows I'm sort of a bull in a China shop. She just
says she's not buying anything breakable anymore. Yay!
I love my mom and dad, especially because they gave me a great home with
my favorite girlie-dog pal. And they don't even mind that I snore!
I want other people to know that lots of nice people love pit bulls, and
that pit bulls are nice dogs when raised by nice people!
