My
name is Lucky. My mom named me that because she says we are both very
lucky finding each other. I went through a bad time after my first mother
had a stroke. It wasn't easy and my lovely mom says that she was lucky to
find me online and within twelve hours I was with her, in a lovely home
with someone to love me again. She had been searching for me for so many
months in so many shelters. She was almost given up but one Saturday
morning she finally found me.
I am Pomeranian-terrier mix - that is what they told us. When my mom got
me, she shaved my coat because it was all matted. It is slowly growing back
but I can't wait until I grow my full coat back.
The special thing about me is not just my smiling face, but I am very
smart, love-to-love and easy to please. Everyone I meet thinks I am cute
though I am still pretty much hairless ... I guess they love my personality
as I am not shy, so whoever says hey to me I just jump on him/her when we
are out for a walk. My mom always tells me that not all people like that.
Now I am learning just to look at them without jumping on them, but it is
so hard because I love people.
By the way I was born and raised in Brooklyn but now I live in Northern NJ.
I will be three in May and I have been with my mom for almost eight months now.
