This
is my service dog (not a pet), Gili. I rescued him from the race
track three years ago. I didn't know then what a blessing he would turn out to
be in my life.
GIli is a very gifted dog. He helps me with my balance, tells me when I am
going to have a stroke, and keeps me breathing in the night with little
nudges. I am temporarily in a wheelchair because of some injuries. He has
been a champ. Gili works with me in the chair as though he has always done
it. He has also alerted other people who have had serious medical
conditions. My mother is blind and he also helps her on stairs. Gili has
been a true blessing from God to me and a true and faithful friend. There
is none better than Gili.
