This
is our dog Blaze. She is the best dog in the world. We went to the pound
because we hate to think of dogs being locked up. Well, we were looking at
some beagles, but we didn't find the dog we wanted. Well we went to the
lobby, and from the back door, a man was bringing in a dog from its
morning walk. As soon as she saw us, her tail wagged as furious as
anything I've ever seen.
We got her when she was turning three, and we kept her name, so we
wouldn't confuse her - or ourselves. That's exactly how Blaze is. She
wouldn't harm anything, except maybe a wild bunny snooping in our
backyard. Stranger or friend, she greets them in a friendly way. If she
knows them, but hasn't seen them in an hour or more, she wags her tail
when she next sees them. If she's never met the person, Blaze wags all the
harder. We love Blaze!
