Here's
Lucy, our border collie, shepherd and lab mix puppy. We're still
waiting to see where the lab is. This picture was taken when she was five months
old, she's now seven months but hasn't changed much.
She's a great joy in out lives, but Chet and Holly (our kitties) are less
thrilled. Lucy really enjoyed her first spring and loves chasing the squirrels
away from the bird feeders, sticking her nose in the heather to try and catch
the bees, and she hasn't gotten stung yet. She also loves to watch the fish
in the pond.
We have been stopped many times on the street by people who tell us how
beautiful she is, and we always have to agree, in fact a friend at one of the
dog parks we frequent told us and I quote "you really hit the jack pot with
Lucy". And we just have to agree, we sure did. We can't wait to see what the
future with Lucy brings.
