Hi,
this is Molson; he is our "kid." Molson is an older Golden Retriever
having just turned twelve on June 7th. He lives in Bristol, RI and was
rescued from someone that didn't have the time to give him all of the love
and attention that he needs. When you are home, Molson is literally glued
to your leg or at least in the same room, this is because of his early
years being neglected.
Molson came to live with us when he was two, and since that time he has
been well-loved and cared for. "Moe" is content lying on the couch or
sleeping on the bed when we are not at home. Long car rides with a few of
his toys are something that Molson also enjoys. In the fall, Molson loves
to help by carrying firewood into the house, if you don't let him help, he
tries to sneak a stick out of the wheelbarrow.
In the summer Molson can be found lying on the cool shaded area of the
front porch or enjoying nice walk in his back yard. Molson thinks he is a
"lap dog" but after a few minutes of his 85-pound body on top of you, it
is time to have him get down so you get the feeling back in your legs.
