My
name is Soonee and my ancestors come from Jindo Island which is in
Korea. I am a Jindo Dog and my breed is considered a national treasure so
there aren't very many of my kind outside of Korea. My ancestors were bred
for hunting and I am very good at it. I can catch lizards, mice and other
little critters in the backyard, but my owners will not let me chase or
catch the rabbits which are outside the fence on the golf course near my house.
I am very faithful to my family and I let them know when strangers come to
the door, but I am well behaved when my Mom or Dad lets people in the
house. My favorite pastime is to lie on the carpet and watch TV with my
Dad and I love to go for walks. I have the best family a dog could ever
want and they always say they could not live without me.
